The data for this report has been collected from our placement data over the past year, as well as a proprietary database of our candidate network. Data has been collected from approximately 1,500 respondents across 200+ companies within the Consumer Goods and Services sector. Candidates within this sector work in organizations in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), Retail & E-commerce, Consumer Durables and Consumer/Business Services, E-commerce & Start-ups, and Retail.
Candidates have given their consent to use their compensation data toward the contribution of aggregate data statistics displayed in this report. We do not disclose any individual compensation data points in this report to protect confidentiality. The data list has been segmented based on the company’s annual revenue, job function, and seniority level. This data has then been presented for ease of readability and convenience.
