PSS is interested in hearing from candidates who are practicing registered nurses or nurse practitioners who have completed the NCLEX exam with 3-10 years of experience working in hospitals in the Middle East and who are interested in working in the United States. We are in discussion with specific hospitals and health networks in the United States to provide them with qualified and skilled registered nurses and nurse practitioners from India who are interested in working in US hospitals and growing their careers in the US health system.Key Responsibilities:- Patient assessment: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.- Diagnosis and treatment planning: Formulate diagnoses based on assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. This can include prescribing medications, ordering tests, and developing care plans.- Prescribing medications- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests: Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other diagnostic procedures to aid in the diagnosis and management of patients.- Primary care services: Provide primary care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.- Specialty care: Bring specialization in specific areas such as family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, women's health, acute care, or psychiatric-mental health.- Health education and counseling- Collaboration and consultation: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. NPs often work in collaboration with a healthcare team.- Follow-up care & emergency care- Electronic Health Record (EHR) management: Utilize electronic health records to document patient encounters, manage health information, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.Qualifications & Prior Experience:- The individual must have a post-basic BSc Nursing degree for Registered Nurses (RN) or MSc Nursing degree from an accredited nursing education institute recognized in your home country.- Subsequent to receiving your certification to practice as a Nurse Practitionerin India, you must also possess 3-10 years of experience working in an NABH accredited hospitals in your home country.Process to explore US-based opportunities through us:- Submit your CV through this ad- If we find your experience to be relevant, we will call you for a further discussion to understand your experience and your interest/ motivation to work in the United States.- We will set up a meeting with a US counterpart to understand your general experience and credentials- Approved education credentials: If our US counterparts are interested in pursuing your candidature, you will need to submit your educational credentials documentation to be evaluated by the Commission of Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS)- NCLEX Exam Certification and US State Licensing: Upon approval of your credentials by CGFNS, we will verify that you have passed the NCLEX exam and that you have an active nurse or nurse practitioner license in any US state. Upon completing the Visa Screen process, you will be required to apply for licensure in the New York state or Vermont state where our client is based. The process may involve submitting your educational and exam credentials, as well as additional documentation. We will help you with this process.

- Visa Screen: Upon sitting and passing this exam, you will need to obtain a Visa Screen Certificate from CGFNS.- Immigration: After obtaining the necessary licenses and certifications, we will support your application through the immigration process to work legally in the United States. This will involve obtaining a work visa, such as the H-1B visa, or permanent residency (green card) through employment sponsorship. We will help you with this process.- Once you have completed all the above steps, you can take up a nursing position at a US hospital. Many hospitals may require a certain level of experience, so gaining some work experience in India could be beneficial.- Clinical Experience Requirements: Some US states may have specific requirements for clinical experience. APPs may need to demonstrate a certain number of supervised clinical hours to meet state regulations.
