Position Overview
The Marketing Head will lead global B2B marketing initiatives, driving brand growth, demand generation, and marketing operations across international markets. Reporting to the Director, this role defines the marketing vision, strengthens brand presence, and generates high-quality leads to support revenue growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across branding, demand generation, digital, and communications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing with go-to-market strategies.
- Develop a strong B2B brand narrative and positioning across global markets.
- Own brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for diverse customer segments.
- Drive thought leadership through PR, analyst relations, case studies, whitepapers, and speaking engagements.
- Design and scale multi-channel lead generation programs including digital marketing, inbound/outbound campaigns, ABM, events, and partnerships.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead nurturing programs to ensure high-quality pipeline conversion.
- Own digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, social media, and paid media.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and ROI metrics.
- Lead marketing initiatives across international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC), ensuring localized yet consistent brand messaging.
- Own the marketing budget, define KPIs, and present performance insights to senior leadership.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing for technology companies (SaaS, software, IT services, enterprise solutions).
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional marketing teams and collaborate with global sales and product leaders.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Marketo; strong command of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with strong execution, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities; thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
