Position Overview
The organization seeks a seasoned GM/NSM to lead its domestic business under the Aqua Lab Division. Based in Panipat with Pan India coverage, this leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, strengthening market presence, and building a high-performing sales team to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the domestic business operations across Pan India markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Oversee the performance of the Aqua Lab Division and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Build, mentor, and retain a strong, value-driven sales and distribution team.
- Drive expansion in B2C channels and strengthen presence in Pharma, OTC, Generic, and Ethical segments.
- Monitor business performance metrics and ensure delivery of the current business volume of 200 CR.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and integrity.
- Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.
- Promote a culture of stability, teamwork, and ethical business practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: BSc or B Pharm; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in Pharma, OTC, Generic, or Ethical business domains.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams and manage nationwide operations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong exposure to B2C business models and domestic pharmaceutical markets.
- Soft Skills: Stable, value-driven professional with integrity, strong family background, and team-building capability.
