Position Overview

The Vice President, Head of Products & Growth, will lead product strategy and execution to drive significant top-line and bottom-line growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, this role will shape the innovation roadmap, enhance margins, and build new categories such as motor and used phone protection, ensuring sustained business expansion and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify new product opportunities and drive the innovation roadmap to maintain a robust pipeline of value-added offerings.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and market research to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability across all product categories.
  • Implement strategies for margin improvement through product optimization, pricing, and cost management.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build new product categories for future expansion, including motor insurance and used phone protection.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive landscaping, and consumer needs assessment to inform new category ventures.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for successful new category launches.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Category Heads and product professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the product organization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions, identify unmet needs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of product initiatives with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in product management and innovation, including leadership roles.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams of Category Heads and product professionals; reports to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital product development, growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience in financial services, consumer electronics, or consumer durables is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic, analytical, and customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
