This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own the full IT function—from driving our ERP implementation on SAP to keeping our networks secure and our IT assets humming. You will work directly with the Co-Founder and cross-functional teams, rolling up your sleeves to get things done while building a robust IT foundation for scale
Key Responsibilities
-
1. ERP Management
- Act as the IT project manager for the SAP ERP rollout—the single point of accountability for IT deliverables on the project.
- Ensure SAP implementation follows the right practices: configuration governance, change management protocols, data migration standards, and UAT sign-offs.
- Liaise with the SAP implementation partner, internal stakeholders, and the business to keep the project on track and on time.
- Own IT-side risks and escalations; flag issues early and drive resolution.
- Post go-live, manage SAP support, user access, and version/patch governance.
2. Networking & Data Security
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure—LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and IP address management.
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Outlook setup, user provisioning, email security, and access controls across the organisation.
- Enforce data security policies: endpoint protection, access rights management, data backup, and incident response.
- Monitor network performance and uptime; proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with IT security best practices and support any audits or assessments.
3. IT Asset Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets—laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals—including procurement, tagging, allocation, and decommissioning.
- Oversee office Wi-Fi infrastructure: access point setup, coverage, performance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage CCTV and physical security systems across offices and facilities.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date IT asset register and ensure timely refresh/replacement cycles.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMCs, and service contracts.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in IT roles with end-to-end ownership of IT operations.
- Demonstrated experience working on an ERP implementation (SAP experience preferred); having managed IT workstreams on a project is a strong plus.
- Solid hands-on expertise in networking, data security, and Microsoft 365 / Outlook administration.
- Proven track record in IT asset and infrastructure management in a multi-location setup is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to explore AI-led solutions to improve IT efficiency is a plus.
- Strong vendor management skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management—comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
