Position Overview

The Business Analyst – SAP Manufacturing role is responsible for ensuring that IT initiatives within the manufacturing domain align with global business objectives. This position bridges IT and business functions, driving innovation across regions and ensuring effective translation of business requirements into executable technology solutions. The role also includes PMO responsibilities to ensure smooth delivery and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives within the manufacturing domain.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute IT projects that support organizational goals.
• Serve as the bridge between IT and business teams, translating business requirements into actionable SAP solutions.
• Drive delivery excellence across SAP Manufacturing, QM, and WM domains.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and platform SMEs to define solution approaches and oversee execution and testing.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of business requirements in line with expectations.
• Define and scope IT initiatives, ensuring delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
• Develop and manage strategic IT roadmaps for manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and ITBPs to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure governance compliance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in IT or Master's in Business Administration (preferred).
• Experience: 8+ years in IT Business Analysis or ITBP.
• Leadership: Cross-functional collaboration with SAP PP, QM, WM, PMO, IT Operations, and Business Teams.
• Technical Expertise: Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Partnership, Relationship Management, and Strategic Alignment.
• Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, collaborative approach, self-driven, and results-oriented.
