Job Purpose:
To lead the organisation’s HR function, partnering with the MD, Promoters and senior leadership to drive talent, organisation effectiveness and people strategy. The role will strengthen HR systems, culture and workforce capabilities across corporate, sales and manufacturing operations while supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end HR function and advise the MD, Promoters and leadership team.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.
- Strengthen performance management, rewards and employee engagement.
- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing and Corporate functions on workforce and people priorities.
- Oversee HR policies, processes, HRMS and people analytics.
- Manage employee relations, IR, labour compliance and workforce governance.
- Manage employee relations, union matters, LTS, IR and labour compliance across manufacturing operations.
- Drive organisation development, culture and change management initiatives.
- Build a high-performance, talent-driven and future-ready organisation.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
- Experience: 15–20+ years in HR within Pharma, Healthcare, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead HR functions across multiple business units including Sales, Plant, and R&D teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Sales HR and plant/R&D HR functions.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership capability, and business acumen.
Key Competencies
- MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management from a reputed institution.
- 18–25 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Proven experience across corporate, sales/field-force and manufacturing HR.
- Strong exposure to IR, union matters, LTS and labour compliance.
- Experience partnering with Promoters, MDs and senior leadership in a business-facing HR role.
- Strong expertise in talent, PMS, C&B, organisation development and HR transformation.
