Position Overview
The Account Manager will drive growth and expand the company’s footprint within key accounts in the Insurance industry. Based in Singapore, this role requires deep sector expertise and the ability to deliver AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation solutions that create measurable business impact. Operating in an entrepreneurial environment, the position engages with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive revenue and long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key Insurance accounts aligned with client business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong C-level and senior executive relationships across business, technology, and procurement functions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by positioning capabilities in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with internal Technology, Go-To-Market, and Solution teams to develop industry-specific offerings addressing Insurance challenges.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless execution of MSAs, SoWs, and commercial agreements.
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor introducing innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end account operations, including sales, delivery oversight, and talent coordination.
- Represent the company at customer sites, conferences, and industry events as required (up to 50% travel).
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales, account management, and business development within the Insurance industry.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Insurance sector and experience working with leading insurance enterprises.
- Technical Expertise: Proven success in selling and managing AI, data analytics, and cloud solutions across GCP, AWS, Azure, and Oracle platforms.
- Contract Management: Skilled in negotiating and managing MSAs, SoWs, and pricing models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive level and manage accounts end-to-end with entrepreneurial ownership.
- Soft Skills: Strategic, relationship-driven, and customer-focused with strong communication and advisory capabilities.
