Position Overview
The Agentic AI Architect & Builder will design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems that replace manual workflows across the organization. This high-ownership role exists to eliminate human dependency in repeatable processes by creating production-grade agentic systems, driving measurable efficiency and scalability across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business functions across sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer experience to identify automation opportunities.
- Deconstruct workflows into decision trees and redesign them for AI-first execution.
- Design multi-step AI workflows, including single-agent and multi-agent systems with defined inputs, outputs, memory structures, and decision logic.
- Develop AI agents using OpenAI, Claude, and LLM APIs with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Integrate AI systems with internal tools including ERP (SAP / Tally), CRM, Shopify, databases, and communication platforms.
- Deploy production-ready automation systems with robust monitoring, logging, and failure handling.
- Build reusable internal automation frameworks and orchestration layers across multiple agents.
- Continuously optimize system accuracy, speed, and cost while reducing human intervention.
- Scale automation solutions across departments and measure outcomes such as time saved, cost reduced, and output improved.
- Drive a 50–80% reduction in manual operational work through fully automated workflows.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in designing and deploying AI-driven automation systems using LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in prompt engineering, API integrations, system design, and automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make; basic backend understanding in Python or JavaScript.
- Leadership: High ownership role with direct impact on company efficiency and potential to build and lead an internal AI automation function.
- Soft Skills: Strong systems thinking, optimization mindset, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and focus on outcomes over tools.
- Good-to-Have: Experience with RPA tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally), and exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or D2C environments.
