Job Purpose: The position focuses on steering brand direction and market expansion in a key therapeutic area (CVD/ Metabolic). It requires leading initiatives independently and partnering with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual plans and guide overall brand/portfolio strategy for defined therapy areas.
  • Set and monitor key performance metrics to ensure progress and growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Translate insights into clear value messaging and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support commercial readiness.
  • Track performance, refine strategies, and manage external partners for smooth execution.

Qualifications & Experience.

• Education: MBA or equivalent Degree with 7 – 10 years’ experience in MNC pharma companies
• Proven success in brand management, new product launch, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
