Position Overview

The Sales Manager – SAARC role drives international business growth across the SAARC region. This position is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor networks, and developing new market opportunities while reporting on performance and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead international sales operations across SAARC countries to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute sales forecasts and territory plans to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Manage all aspects of sales including reporting, planning, and opportunity creation for product expansion.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Train and lead distributor teams to enhance performance and market coverage.
  • Promote and drive secondary sales across assigned territories.
  • Plan and execute local promotional activities to support brand visibility and sales objectives.
  • Travel internationally to visit clients, attend exhibitions, and explore new business opportunities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate, preferably with an MBA – Marketing.
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years in international marketing within the food & beverage industry, specifically across SAARC countries.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to train and lead distributor teams and manage cross-border sales operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in international marketing, sales forecasting, planning, and secondary market management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English & Hindi; knowledge of Bangla preferred; strong relationship management and strategic planning capabilities.
