Summary of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and successful professional to join our Industrials/Manufacturing/Engineering/Chemical industry practice as Principal or Director. You may have worked in one of the following sectors - Auto & Auto Ancillary, Power & Electrical Equipment, Power & Electrical Equipment, Oil & Gas, Instrumentation & Automation, EPC, HVAC, General Fabrication, Heavy Engineering professional and business services, consulting, retail either in a mid or senior management HR position or as an executive search consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Relate with CEOs, Managing Directors, Promoters and Chief HR Officers to engage for new business and delivery on high-end mandates.
Timely and comprehensive search to identify the right fit candidates, present them to the Clients and to close the position successfully.
Use successful closures to generate further business.
Identify where new business opportunities exist.

Prior Experience & Skills Required:

We are looking for career industrial industry executives (CHROs, HR Heads, Executive search consultants, senior sales leaders in the industrials, automotive, energy, chemicals or manufacturing space who have taken a break, want a change and are open to considering a consulting/ executive search career which offers flexibility, opportunities to engage with CEOs and HR leaders on high impact hires and offers compensation upside.
