Position Overview

The Head – People & Culture (HRBP) will partner closely with business leaders to drive the people agenda across the organization. This strategic role is responsible for building a high-performance culture, strengthening HR processes, and enabling business growth through employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall People & Culture strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Build and strengthen a high-performance, value-driven culture across teams.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and retention strategies.
  • Design and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices suited for a fast-growing D2C or similar environment.
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify capability gaps and drive learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Lead HR analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years in HRBP / People & Culture roles.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build and scale HR processes in high-growth organizations; strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of performance management, organizational design, culture building, and HR analytics.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience in D2C, consumer, or startup environments; prior experience with a reputed MNC preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
