Position Overview

The Regional Manager – Latin America will lead and expand operations across multiple Latin American markets, driving business performance and regional growth. The role reports directly to the Regional Head and is based in Mexico, with responsibility for a growing team and cross-country business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional operations across Mexico, the Caribbean, Guatemala, Honduras, and other LATAM markets.
  • Drive business growth to achieve and exceed the 15–20 million USD revenue target.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2 CMs/RMs and their respective teams, scaling headcount with business expansion.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all LATAM markets.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Head and cross-functional teams to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the region.
  • Represent the company in key regional engagements and partnerships.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 15–20 years of leadership experience managing regional operations and business growth.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams of 2 CMs/RMs and their extended teams, with direct reporting to the Regional Head.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Location: Based in LATAM, preferably Mexico.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic, growth-oriented, and capable of managing cross-border teams and complex markets.
