Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic Digital Lead responsible for driving integrated digital media planning and execution for key client accounts. Reporting into the existing digital head, this role will strengthen expertise across OTT, YouTube, Meta, and CTV ecosystems, ensuring brand awareness and performance objectives are met through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital strategy and campaign planning for key client accounts.
- Drive brand awareness campaigns with a strong focus on audience targeting and media effectiveness.
- Manage performance marketing objectives including CPAs, lead generation, and communication efficiency.
- Plan and execute campaigns across YouTube, Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), OTT, Connected TV (CTV), and display ecosystems.
- Leverage digital publisher platforms such as Inshorts, digital newspapers, and live news feed inventories.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, insights, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients for campaign ideation, execution, and reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and advertising technologies.
- Support and guide junior team members while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute strategically to strengthen the organization’s digital media capabilities.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 8–10 years in digital marketing, media planning, or integrated marketing environments.
- Leadership: Experience leading digital mandates and mentoring junior team members within a structured digital function.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in YouTube Ads, Meta Ads Manager, OTT & CTV media buying, and programmatic/display advertising.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of campaign measurement, attribution, and optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strategic, analytical, and client-focused with strong communication and management capabilities.
- Preferred Background: Candidates from digital or media agencies with exposure to large-scale brand campaigns.
