Position Overview
The Sales Manager – Americas will lead international sales across assigned territories, driving revenue growth and distributor partnerships. The role is accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while expanding market presence through strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international sales performance across LATAM and North America territories.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned regions.
- Generate new customer leads through personal networks, export data, and Social Media channels.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to management.
- Appoint and manage distributors; identify and onboard importers in target markets.
- Plan, budget, and implement effective Market Activation programs.
- Launch new products and drive category expansion initiatives.
- Develop and grow the E-commerce business channel.
- Build and scale private label partnerships.
- Expand B2B business for bulk packs, flavors, and related product lines.
- Represent the company in offline and online exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate; MBA in International Business or Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 5–10 years in international marketing for branded FMCG products.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing business operations and distributor networks across the American continents.
- Technical Expertise: International sales, distributor management, Market Activation, E-commerce, B2B, and private label development.
- Soft Skills: Strategic, target-driven, and adept at cross-cultural communication with strong business development acumen.
