It provides mid-market clients with structured debt, promoter financing, PE buyout, acquisition finance, and non-dilutive capital solutions. Role Purpose

Lead and scale the Corporate Agency vertical end-to-end, own strategy and P&L, build multi-insurer partnerships, ensure IRDAI-compliant operations, and drive profitable growth across categories.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and structure debt, structured debt, equity, and structured equity financing mandates with corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and secure mandates through strong relationships with promoters and CXO-level executives.
  • Assess and understand the full spectrum of client financial and capital-raising requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Banking team to prepare teasers, pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and financial models.
  • Act as the primary relationship interface for all equity, debt, and structured finance products.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, advisors, and investors.
  • Support primary research including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and due diligence to facilitate deal closure.
  • Monitor market trends and credit underwriting appetite to identify and originate suitable transactions.
  • Drive performance against revenue-based evaluation metrics.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction across all transaction stages.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: CA / CFA / MBA.
  • Experience: 15–18 years in insurance distribution/corporate agency/bancassurance with NBFC/MFI/Bank/Broking exposure.​
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and influence Promoter and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Financial modeling, valuation matrices, market analysis, and transaction structuring.
  • Soft Skills: Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; demonstrates initiative and maturity in client engagements.
