About the Company
A fast-growing Indian clean-energy company specialising in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power electronics, green hydrogen, e-mobility and microgrid solutions.
Position Overview
- Manage and strengthen the Company’s banking relationships, working capital, credit facilities and corporate treasury activities.
- Drive bank negotiations, credit processes, working capital management and funding requirements in close partnership with the CFO.
- Provide strong financial and commercial insights to support the Company’s growth, liquidity and overall funding strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions for working capital, credit facilities and other banking requirements.
- Manage working capital facilities including CC/OD, LC, BG and other banking limits.
- Prepare and review CMA data, credit proposals, business plans and financial projections.
- Lead bank limit renewals, enhancements, negotiations and sanction processes.
- Monitor banking covenants, sanction conditions, documentation and compliance requirements.
- Manage/coordinate LC, BG and other trade finance requirements with banks and internal teams.
- Monitor cash flows, liquidity, funding requirements, banking costs and financial risks.
- Provide the CFO with insights on funding, working capital, banking costs and financial risks, while taking on broader responsibilities as the Company scales.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: CA, CMA, or MBA Finance; MBA Finance from a premier institute preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of ex-banking experience in Corporate Banking, Credit/Credit Underwriting, Trade Finance, Working Capital Finance, or Credit Risk/Risk Assessment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to independently manage relationships with multiple banks and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; reports directly to CFO.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with CMA data, bank limit renewals, LC/BG and trade finance, credit underwriting, banking covenants, compliance, and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strategic, analytical, commercially astute, strong numerical ability, effective negotiator, and customer-obsessed with a deep understanding of banking and corporate finance.

- Bank renewals, covenants, documentation strong financial and commercial acumen.
Good To Have:
- Forex, IDPMS/EDPMS, treasury/liquidity exposure; strong business planning and financial modelling skills.
- Premier-institute MBA with experience in fast-growing, export-oriented manufacturing or energy businesses.
