Position Overview

The Chief Technology Officer will drive the bank’s technology strategy, leading automation and digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the bank’s goals, emphasizing automation and digitalization.

Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across banking functions to improve operational efficiency.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA.
Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior technology leadership role within the banking or financial industry.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in automation, digitization, IT infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
