Position Overview

The Team Lead / Senior Manager – Sales role is designed to drive sales operations and channel partner engagement for premium real estate developments. Reporting to the Site Head / DGM – Sales, this position leads a team of sales executives, manages key channel relationships, and ensures consistent sales performance across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve project-specific sales targets.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), IPCs, and key brokers.
  • Drive active participation of CPs in project launches, site visits, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure seamless execution of site events and promotions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure timely conversions and monitor performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and present performance updates to the Site Head.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to closure, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate / MBA.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in real estate sales, preferably in plotted, villa, or township projects.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a small sales team and manage key channel relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications; strong network with IPCs and regional brokers in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; result-oriented, proactive, and capable of performing under pressure.
