Position Overview
The Sales Manager – ASEAN & Oceania will lead international sales operations across assigned territories, driving revenue growth, distributor management, and market activation. The role is accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while expanding the company’s presence in key regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international sales performance across ASEAN and Oceania territories.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned regions.
- Generate new customer leads through personal networks, export data, and social media channels.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to management.
- Appoint and manage distributors; identify and onboard importers in target markets.
- Plan, budget, and implement effective Market Activation programs.
- Launch new products and ensure successful market entry strategies.
- Develop and expand E-commerce business channels.
- Grow private label and B2B business segments, including bulk packs and flavors.
- Represent the company at offline and online exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate; MBA in International Business or Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 8–10 years in international marketing and sales of branded FMCG products.
- Leadership: Proven track record in managing distributors and driving business growth across multiple countries.
- Technical Expertise: International sales management, distributor appointment, market activation, E-commerce, B2B, and private label development.
- Soft Skills: Strategic, self-driven, and results-oriented professional with strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation abilities.
