Position Overview

The Head - Demand Generation will lead and scale paid acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels. This strategic role owns the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across Google, Meta, and marketplace platforms such as Amazon, driving measurable business impact and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels to drive D2C revenue, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a strong focus on scaling Google and Meta as primary growth channels.
  • Execute campaigns with deep focus on South India markets, tailoring creatives and targeting to regional preferences.
  • Drive sales growth across Amazon and other marketplaces through ads, listing optimization, and promotions.
  • Own full-funnel performance across acquisition, retargeting, and repeat purchase journeys.
  • Define and achieve key performance indicators including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the performance marketing team and manage media budgets to maximize ROI.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in scaling performance campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory); deep understanding of Amazon performance marketing and marketplace growth strategies.
  • Leadership: Experience managing large media budgets and leading performance marketing teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience running state-level or regional campaigns, preferably in South India.
  • Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization capabilities.
