Collection Head - West (PSS06714)

About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire a Collection Head - West for a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) which provides loans to Micro Enterprise, SMEs, Consumption, and Education Loan.

Job Purpose:

To have a robust collection team in the West.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have worked in Large MFI or SFB
Should have handled large field force of Collections.
Ideally should have handled recoveries too.
Proficient in MS Excel or other data tools.
Lead the collections setup & execute collection strategies.
Implement technology-enabled collection practices and new-age solutions.
Strong leadership & Team management ability & should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications And Experience:

A Post graduate degree
Leadership experience including the ability to set direction, manage and motivate people, and work collaboratively with other teams.
A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Microfinance and SFB
