Company Overview: Our client is a health and wellness company with a large pan-India team of health consultants and nutritionistional consultants. The company has grown over the last 10 years, focusing on providing personalized health and wellness solutions. The role involves working in with a collaborative team with a mission to deliver high-quality client care and maintain strong team morale.

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on hiring nutritionists and backend staff (HR,marketing, BD, sales, MIS).
• Manage performance management systems (PMS) and employee engagement initiativesto ensure that the team is motivated, involved and aligned with the company’s culture andethos.
• Evaluate decisions to collaborate with outsourced HR partners for hiring, statutorycompliance, payroll, employee onboarding, and other operational tasks.
• Understand and execute strategic HR plans to enhance team satisfaction and retention.
• Implement systems and processes to support HR operations, focusing on stability andengagement of new hires, leveraging existing HR tools.
• Work closely with leadership, including the promoters, CEO and CFO, to align HRstrategies with the overall business goals.
• Lead a team of 1-2 people over time who oversee the operational aspects of HR.

Qualifications and Experience:
• 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in talentacquisition and generalist roles.
• Experience working in a hospitality or wellness-related sector is preferred since thebusiness operations are most closely aligned with that of the company. Experienceworking in other high-level service related sectors can also be explored.
• Understanding of HR systems, operational needs, and ability to handle a team of 70+nutritionists and 70 other operational staff, which is a growing base.
• Experience managing both full-time and freelance employees.
