About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire a Head – Talent Management and Operations for a leading Jewellery brand with retail stores across South India 

Job Purpose: 

The purpose of this role is to shape the organization's talent strategy, attract, develop, and retain  top talent  to drive the business

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify potential future leaders and key talent within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning program.
  • Monitor employee engagement through surveys, feedback sessions, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent management team.
  • Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Educational Qualifications And Experience: 

  • Minimum 18 - 22 years’ experience in HR Operation and Talent Management.
  • Candidate from Retail, Gem, and Jewellery industry preferred.
  • Postgraduate in Human Resource Management
  • Candidates willing to move to Chennai
