  • Act as the escalation point for production support incidents across diverse systems.
  • Ensure SLA adherence for incident management and problem resolution

Integration & Project Delivery:

  • Lead design and oversight of cross-system projects (e.g. Sun - OneStream integration, SSIS migrations, SQL upgrades).
  • Provide direction to technical teams on upgrades (Sun Server, SQL 2019, Windows 22), ensuring alignment with enterprise programs.
  • Drive automation initiatives (e.g. AAV daily check automation) to optimize efficiency.

Architecture & Application Mapping:

  • Analyze, design, and map data flows across systems (Example: Sun > Oracle > Intellimatch > OneStream).
  • Provide expertise in transforming business requirements into technical specifications for integration projects.
  • Ensure consistent alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

 Vendor & Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with business users, Allegro team, Oracle/Infrastructure teams, and external vendors to resolve systemic issues.
  • Provide knowledge transfer (KT) and mentoring to team members to build redundancy.

Governance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues across BO projects; escalate appropriately.
  • Document processes and application dependencies to reduce key-person risk.

Special Assignments:

  • Act as bridge role between DevOps functions and business-facing application support.
  • Provide continuity and technical guidance during critical transitions (e.g. team replacements, relocations, system ownership handovers).
